This is an opportunity to join a fast growing digital health startup aimed at improving people’s lives and health. You’ll be “the face of Wellth” to many as you’ll be the first point of contact for many inbound and outbound interactions. This is a great role for an individual looking to break into a career in sales, marketing or customer success within digital health.
Collaborate with marketing to respond to inbound interest in Wellth from email campaigns, webinars, website interest forms, conference engagements etc.
Use prospecting strategies to lead initial cold outreaches to highly specific prospects within specific healthcare verticals.
Deliver initial Wellth value proposition conversations and (if desired) presentations to key decision makers and then transition these conversations to sales and growth colleagues.
Determine the prospect's interest in Wellth and how we can help solve business problems our customers face.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing and product on “voice of the market” and how Wellth can better serve our customers.
Help maintain and keep account and contact database information up to date in Salesforce, Pardot and other relevant software as needed.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual meeting and sales targets.
Develop or create account maps using Linkedin Sales Navigator and other tools
Assist in creation of competitive intelligence and comparisons work to bolster Wellth value proposition.
All other duties as assigned.
Keen sense of curiosity and interest in developing unique strategies to contact very busy individuals.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver presentations to Wellth prospects via e-mail, phone, Zoom etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom.
Driven self starter who sets challenging goals for themselves.
Determination to stay motivated and positive (with the help of your team!) when a lot of initial engagements will get no response, or a no thank you.
Ability to prioritize and meet varying deadlines & goals.
Interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology, and an interest to build a career in the digital health space.
This is a Los Angeles based position, but we are open to candidates who would be willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
Familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, Pardot, Asana
Experience in writing highly engaging email and outreach content
Familiarity with healthcare industry (health payers and providers) and sales
