We have created a smartphone app that uses the power of financial incentives to improve patient adherence. Our technology also provides valuable information to nurses and other healthcare professionals in the form of weekly adherence report cards and real-time alerts to help provide high-touch care to their patients. Patients check in every day by taking a photo of their medications in their hand.

Job Summary 

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides marketing and communications support—collaborating with the marketing, sales, design, and customer support teams in efforts of content and digital marketing, brand compliance & awareness, campaign reporting, and other marketing functions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist with writing, compiling content, and publishing monthly newsletters. 

  • Assist with keeping webpage content accurate and up-to-date. 

  • Work closely with and support the Director of Marketing in the implementation of marketing campaigns, creation of member stories, blogs, media opportunities, webinars, and other initiatives and projects as needed.

  • Plan and execute marketing events including the coordination of event logistics and collateral material. 

  • Foster relationships with various stakeholders to assist in meeting institutional goals.

  • Manage collateral projects as defined by Marketing Department; content collection, production, and printing/distribution 

  • Provide social media support as needed. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area, or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education)

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Copywriting experience, or strong writing and editing skills.

  • Experience creating finished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint 

  • Ability to prioritize and meet varying and oftentimes competing for deadlines 

  • Knowledge and understanding of social media—specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • One to two years of related experience and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills 

  • Experience in different styles of writing and advertising concepts 

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and marketing

  • Experience with design through software like Canva
